Excellent place, warm and welcoming. Discovering the cuisine of this place was a pleasant surprise, I went there with my partner to celebrate my birthday and the place delighted us with sight, palate, smell and also our mood because we accompanied the meal with an excellent wine proposed by the very professional and knowledgeable owner. The cheeses are excellent and noteworthy, I still remember the blue61 and formadi frant a real pleasure! Fair price for the quality of the dishes offered. I recommend it to those who love good food and good wine.P.s. at the table next to us they had a pizza which also looked very inviting, for those who don't want the restaurant they can also eat a nice pizza!

Basically it is a place where a relaxed atmosphere prevails, a warm environment, meticulously cared for which, while allowing a simple and traditional style to prevail, immediately inspires high level expectations.A Luna Rossa is a family-run tavern-pizzeria, masterfully managed by the talented Lorenzo Pascarella, a tireless frontman who welcomes and follows every table with great professionalism. We find the same professionalism in the dining room staff, attentive, discreet and well-prepared and reminiscent of the style of certain "award-winning" establishments.The offer is one of those that cause pleasant embarrassment, ranging from the very refined traditional cuisine of both land and sea to the excellent pizzeria, passing through the large and competent offer of wines and bubbles.Our experience began with a tasting of bruschetta and an aubergine timbale and then moved on to tasting an amazing risotto with courgette cream and courgette flowers, an off-menu to test the quality of the cuisine that left us speechless at how much umami was concentrated in these courses and without losing the focus of our visit we moved on to the pizza.The dough is typical of classic Neapolitan pizza, a direct one with approximately 24 hours of maturation, the pizza presents itself well without pronounced edges but well structured seasoned with skill and with very high quality ingredients. The pizza menu respects the seasonality of the products and varies according to the periods of the year, however when possible they do not exempt themselves from satisfying non-menu requests as in our case. The first pizza, red, a devil with buffalo mozzarella and the addition of violet artichoke, black Caiazzo olives and tuna fillets (you're wondering what tuna has to do with spicy salami?... if you go to Luna Rossa, try this pizza and then let me know) a mix of flavors that just describing them makes me want to eat it again, fantastic pizza, melting, fragrant and above all very tasty. The second, white, classic summer pizza, indicated on the menu as Specialità del Pizzaiolo, fior di latte base and completed on the way out with 30-month PDO PDO raw ham, tufts of raw curly escarole, cherry tomatoes, parmesan flakes and chunks of buffalo mozzarella (we asked for it without cherry tomatoes)… indescribable. The pizza dough envelops every bite with the freshness of the escarole and buffalo mozzarella which, when chewed, give way to the sweet and delicate flavor of the Parma ham which literally invades the palate, recalling the flavors of two great excellences of our beautiful Italy. To complete our experience at Luna Rossa, their magnificent tiramisu, yet another pleasant, strictly home-made delight that puts a very firm point on this stage of our Tour.

Consistently good over the years, in our latest visit, it was even better. The menu has limited choice, but what we tried was very tasty. Good selection of wines and pizza really improved a lot.

It's always nice to come back.The quality of the products is excellent and the service excellent.It is a place that communicates tranquility to me and makes me feel good.

You will find traditional dishes expertly cooked and also innovated without distorting them. You will find carefully chosen raw materials. Selection of wines, cheeses and cured meats chosen with care and passion.The images speak for themselves.I am now a regular customer and am fond of this place, suitable for a dinner with family, friends or as a couple, I have never been disappointed.Recommended for lovers of good food but especially good wine.
